Qiyizu.com invites you to review our FAQ's for first time purchasers of nylon & silicon kitchen tools
plastic products and stainless steel utensil.


1. I want to place an order, but I have some questions. What can I do?
Answer: Customer service is our #1 Priority. Just give us a call at 86-662-6699708 and one of our
sales/service representatives will be happy to answer your questions and take your order over the phone.

2. Is the packagings included in price and are there any extra charges involved?
Answer: Every item includes packaging or decoration charges on products according as our own packaging way. But it does not imply the item includes your special demand on packaging. We cannot list them all, because at times our factories will feature short term to specials with screen or set up charges. What is amounts to is this:If our contract for this year with any given factory is on packaging or set up charges, then we will charge you either. If they do we will. Fair enough?

3. What is your lead time for an order and if I have a special event date that has to meet, can you help me?
Answer: Generally speaking the industry standard from date of order to delivery is 3 weeks. Some items will
arrive a week or so sooner, some a week or so later. For special event needs, we strongly advise you to
contact us on the phone immediately so that we may access your needs and recommend products to you that can be delivered to meet your event date. Rest assured, that our company policy states that we will not, under any circumstances, take an order we cannot fill in time for your event.

4. I can't seem to locate the item(s) I want on the site. Do you have more?
Answer: Although we maintain a large selection online, we actually have over 1000 items available. Just
contact us explain what you are looking for, and we will provide you with the information you desire.


5. I would like to have a sample of an item before placing my order. If I request a sample, will you send me one?
Answer: We handle sample requests on a, "Case by Case", basis. Since most of the items we feature are of the, "Brand Name Variety", we do not see a real need for samples of those items to be provided. Again, we do sample requests, but on a limited basis.

6. Do you accept orders from military installations or government agencies?
Answer: Absolutely yes. We will ship to APO's and accept IMPAC or government credit cards. In placing your order online, please make absolutely certain that your are providing us with the exact way a shipment has to be addressed to be delivered. Also, provide full contact information so that we may contact you in a timely fashion with any questions that we may have.

7. What are your general payment terms for an order?
Answer: We accept all major credits. We will accept your company check in advance, after you have contacted us with the order so we can determine what the total cost is, to provide you with a final total. We will give open 30 day net invoice accounts to companies who have a good credit rating with D & B or American Business and we accept written and signed purchase orders from the same and or city, county, state and federal agencies.

8. Do you accept orders for shipment?
Answer: Yes, but only under certain circumstances. One is full payment in advance for your order via bank
wire transfer. Credit cards will not be accepted. If foreign text is to be utilized on an imprint you must provide a usable camera-ready art file to our factories specifications. Since shipping distance can be a great factor in delivery, overseas critical event dated orders must be shipped via Priority Overnight or we will not guarantee delivery to meet a specified date. Plan ahead for delivery and save on shipping cost. Overseas customers must provide their choice of carrier; their account information and we will charge shipping, duties and any related charges to their account. Also, some factories just will not deliver overseas, so some products may not be available. You may contact us for further details via email at sales@qiyizu.com . Provide full contact information and be as specific as humanly possible concerning the products you desire, the quantities you wish to purchase, the imprinting requirements and any time frame for delivery that has to be met.
